Introduction
Megan Erinakes is a dedicated family law attorney who helps individuals and families navigate divorce, custody, property division, and other complex legal matters with strategic guidance and compassionate advocacy. Since becoming licensed in Texas in 2019, she has focused on helping clients protect what matters most while moving forward with confidence.
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she served as President of the Board of Advocates, competed in multiple moot court competitions, and received numerous academic and leadership honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and remains committed to professional growth through continuing legal education.
Recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022–2025), Megan combines strong courtroom preparation with a client-first approach. Outside of work, she enjoys musical theater, gymnastics, spending time with loved ones, and caring for her cat.
